When choosing your Kettlebell you will need to know a few key things about how a Kettlebell is used. When you purchase your kettlebell you will be sent an introduction email containing training programs which will guide you through the early stages of kettlebell training to help you develop and reach your fitness goals.

Average Fitness, exercises regularly
 24Kg
Atheltic with previous KB experience 
Very Fit, exercises regulary
 24Kg - 40 Kg
